My previous experience at Annex A on the Cranes set me up with conservation experience to work as the local project Architect on the 4 military buildings that were gazetted.

My scope involved:
• Integration of Arch/Structure/Mep/InteriorDesign/Kitchen with Fosters + Partners and Philippe Starck
• Vetting and approval of Shop drawing production from contractor
• Chairing Technical and Project Meetings
• Reconciliation of design intent with local code and liaison with other Consultants and various government agencies to ensure code compliance.
• Liaising with Contractors - Hyundai Engineering
• Interface with Aedas Team members on different packages to co-ordinate the works since we were a mixed development and shared the same Gross Floor Area.
