The firm won the bid to deliver the project within 2.5 years with 3/4 of the site being completed within my 1.5 years on the job in time for the 50th Celebration of Singapore’s Independence.
Part of the complexity was that the site was to remain open for various stakeholders during the project, for example F1, SG50 organising committee to hold National day rehearsals. Additional to this our job included Implanting 8km worth of SG 50 golden medallion floor markers and SG 50 Signage along the heritage trail as way finding outside the job site.

My scope involved:
• Integration of Arch/Structure/Mep/Landscape
• Shop drawing production
• Material procurement, Mock ups and signs off
• Liaison design related matters with consultants and various government agencies
• Defects rectification
