Largely untouched by the authorities for 30 odd years and festering with ad-hoc development. The 300m Boat Quay waterfront was overdue for an overhaul. The firm won the bid to deliver the project within budget in 9 months managing 4phases each lasting 6-8 weeks, in order to allow businesses to operate while construction was on-going.

• Material procurement , Mock ups and signs off
• Chairing Technical and Project Meetings
• Liaison design related matters with Consultants
• Defects rectification
